About the Program
The Gayatri Mentoring Program is dedicated to developing women leaders in technology, with a strong focus on Data and AI. Our mission is to create a supportive, inclusive platform where aspiring women leaders connect with experienced mentors for personalized guidance. We believe that leadership is not just about climbing the career ladder, but about building confidence, expanding networks, and developing the skills to drive change in the tech industry.
We bring together accomplished mentors and senior leaders from a range of industries, including technology, energy, finance, ecommerce, manufacturing, retail, healthcare, and education, who share a commitment to advancing gender equity. Through one-on-one sessions, mentors help women navigate challenges unique to their journeys: from breaking into leadership roles to managing work-life integration and negotiating for influence.

How it Works:
- Mentoring Format: Virtual meetings, minimum 2 meetings per month and at least 6 meetings in 3 months
- Duration: 3 months
- Registration: Rolling enrollment
- Language: English
- Time Zone: India Standard Time (IST)
- Nationality: Indian Residents only
Who Can Apply?
- Women with 10+ years of technology-related full-time work experience, seeking growth in data and AI.
Program Fee
Selected participants will be charged a non-refundable program administration fee of 5999 INR (all inclusive) upon selection for the program. The selected participant must pay the program fee within 2 days of being confirmed as selected.
