Being a Mathematics & Statistics graduate, I was always interested in working with numbers. After planning to restart my career after a break, I was looking to upskill myself in areas which I was interested in. Finance & Data Analytics are the two areas which fascinated me as it will give me a chance to work with numbers. I came to know about WIBD through Linkedin and enrolled for the Sakthi program which mainly concentrated on upskilling women and the webinars organised really helped me to understand more about this field. Under the guidance & mentorship of Meenakshi Arun and Sowmya Moni, I was able to secure an internship with Incture which later transformed into a full-time employment.
